Shabbat Reflection

Shabbat shalom, everyone, and shavua tov! We’ll be gathering on May 15th at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, but until then here’s something to reflect on as we head into Shabbat. There are two types of seeds in the mind: those that create anger, fear, frustration, jealousy, hatred, and those that create love, compassion, equanimity, and
